Old Pulteney has added three new whiskies and refreshed its 12yo variant

Scotch whisky brand Old Pulteney has completely reimagined its core collection of whiskies.

It has added three new whiskies to its core range - Old Pulteney Huddart (46% abv), 15-year-old (46%) and 18-year-old (46%), ditching its previous 17-year-old and 21-year-old expressions (rsp: £45-£115/70cl).

Its core 12-year-old whisky, meanwhile, has been given a new look designed to “support a wider drive to ensure strong consumer relevance and appeal” (rsp: £32/70cl).

The move came as part of a “wider drive to ensure strong consumer relevance and appeal, with the new whiskies consistent with the renowned house style and provenance, yet bringing some new flavours to the fore”, said Old Pulteney.

They roll out from today (14 August) into The Whisky Exchange, The Whisky Shop, Royal Mile Whiskies and Sunderland Brothers, to be followed by a global rollout.
