Smiths News has announced the launch of a new parcel delivery service in partnership with Amazon.
Pass My Parcel will begin operation as a click & collect service this autumn, implementing a twice-daily delivery model from 12 Smiths News distribution centres to up to 1,000 participating retailers nationwide.
Through the service, Amazon aims to make parcel collection available within 12 hours after an order has been placed.

“We have worked closely with Amazon to create Pass My Parcel and we are excited about the future potential of this business,” said Jonathan Bunting, managing director at Connect News & Media.
“We believe that Pass My Parcel will also help our retail customers grow their own business by offering an important new service to the communities they serve.”
