Tetley is expanding its licensed range with a Dunk & Crunch biscuit designed to “perfectly complement” a cuppa.
Like the brand’s existing Tea Folk Gaffer’s biscuits, the two variants - ginger and oat crunch - will be manufactured under licence by Yorkshire-based Grandma Wilds Bakery.
Available in Q4, the biscuits “would absorb the optimum amount of Tetley tea when dunked so they maintain a good crunch even when the biscuit is soaked with Tetley tea,” said a Tetley spokesman.
Tetley added it was continuing to develop its brand licensing portfolio as part of its marketing programme.
