Nisa-Today’s split rubber-stamped by members

Members of Nisa-Today’s have rubber-stamped the board’s plans to separate its retail and wholesale arms. The buying group’s members overwhelmingly voted in favour of splitting Nisa and the Today’s Group at this week’s AGM in Scunthorpe – paving the way for a separation early next year.
