What happened when the sheep farmer met the master baker? They came up with the idea of sheeps’ milk chocolate.

It is not as gimmicky as it sounds. Choco-Lina is aimed at those wishing to avoid products made with cows’ milk. It is also produced by H&H Chocolademanufactur without the use of soya lecithin, gluten and other emulsifiers or other vegetable fats. The result is a creamy-tasting premium chocolate, which has been selling well in specialist shops and delis since it was launched last year.

A version made using organic sheeps’ milk could be launched next May.
