Sweden’s The Raw Chocolate Co has launched its Virgin Cold Pressed Cacao Butter $16/£11.29) in 240g tubs. This vegan, Fairtrade and organic product is extracted from the raw cacao bean and is ideal for making desserts and raw chocolate.
Küchle’s Shake the Cake ($1.49/£1.19) is a microwavable chocolate mug cake mix prepared in just 70 seconds. The mix comes in a 55g biodegradable tub, which can be put straight in the microwave and is great for on the go.
Scratch & Grain is out to prove cookies can be wholesome with its Chocolate Chip All Natural Cookie Mix ($8.99/£5.98). The kit contains ingredients such as flax and wholewheat flour, allowing budding bakers to whip up a wholesome batch with minimal effort.
