Liberty London has opened a Mini British Food Hall that offers an “exciting and carefully curated range of artisan foods” from small producers across the UK. Products range from Yorkshire-created gin to high-end fudge from Cornwall. Here’s a first look inside:
Mini Food Hall
The food hall is located just off Liberty London’s Carnaby Street entrance.
Artisan stalls
Producers set up stalls outside the hall to mark its opening, handing out free samples.
From chutneys to confectionery
Brands include Cambridgeshire-based ManFood, which sells artisan piccalilli and chutneys, and Padstow-based fudge producer Buttermilk. The hall’s Prestat chocolate truffles are rumoured to be a favourite among the royal family.
Premium tea and coffee
The hot beverages section features Dark Woods Coffee, a small-scale roastery located in the Yorshire Pennines, and Tregothnan – the brand behind Britain’s first homegrown tea.
Exclusive lines
Tregothnan has created this line, which is similar to a Lady Grey tea, exclusively for Liberty.
