As temperatures in the capital soared, Iceland helped passers-by to save money and cool down by giving away free ice creams. The cheeky stunt saw staff hand out Majestics - the frozen food retailer’s own label take on the Magnum - outside Magnum’s Regent Street store.
Iceland also gave away free four-packs of the ice creams to its online customers, by supplying a promo code to enter at checkout.
