Mo’s Cookie Dough in Asda

Mo’s Cookie Dough has won a listing in 46 Scottish Asda stores for three of its pre-made dough products: Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal and Gingerbread (rsp: £3/300g). They are on sale now.

Marriage’s gets hitched to Ocado

Marriage’s Flour has won a listing in Ocado for two products: Golden Wholegrain Bread Flour (rsp: £1.59/1kg) and Golden Wholegrain Plain Flour (rsp: £1.29/1kg). The flours, which are on sale now, are created to have a lighter and sweeter flavour than traditional wholemeal flour.

Asahi Super Dry Black

Japanese beer brand Asahi has introduced new variant Super Dry Black to the UK. The 5.5% abv dark lager is available from December in a 334ml bottle (rsp: £1.99).

Good Deli Co adds veggie caviar

Good Deli Company has launched Cavi.Art, a seaweed-based vegetarian caviar alternative. It is available in red and black variants in 100g jars (rsp: £1.99).

Waitrose lists Chafor

Buckinghamshire’s Chafor Wine Estate has won a Waitrose listing for its Bacchus 2014 (rsp: £14.99). The wine will be available in 14 stores and through Waitrose Cellar.

Lismore lands at M&S

The Lismore Food Company has won a listing with Marks & Spencer for its All Butter Irish Shortbread. It is available from 279 stores now.

Boost lorries to drive sales

Boost Drinks has taken to the road with a new eight-strong branded fleet of lorries in a bid to help drive sales to independent retailers. The vehicles are contracted for five years.

More space for Portlebay

Devon-based Portlebay Popcorn has secured new listings with WH Smith and Makro and has expanded its distribution with Tesco, which is now stocking the popcorn nationwide.

Apothic Red sampling push

E&J Gallo wine brand Apothic Red is running a sampling campaign in Tesco and Sainsbury’s car parks until 31 October. The activity aims to reach 20,000 consumers.

Walkers’ Nonsuch relaunches toffee bar

Walkers’ Nonsuch has relaunched its Fruit and Nut Toffee bar (rsp: 69p/100g) with a new recipe, featuring a stronger almond flavour. It is available now from Hancocks Cash & Carry.

Smith & Sinclair mix it up

Alcoholic confectionery brand Smith & Sinclair has expanded its range of cocktail pastilles with a Vodka Selection (rsp: £9.99). The pack of six sweets, which are 6% to 8% abv, contains two flavours: Rhuby Mule and Long Island Ice Tea. The box is available now from retailers including Harvey Nichols.
