Highland Spring has unveiled new-look packaging for its still and sparkling water.
The silver label on individual bottles of sparkling water features an image of bubbles and uses a new font, while shrink wraps on multipacks and cash & carry packs have been redesigned with a fresh spin on the brand’s signature purple colour and the imagery of rolling hills.
“The run-up to the festive season is the perfect time to launch our new Highland Spring sparkling packaging,” said Highland Spring Group senior brand manager Scott Dickson. “It’s a key period for retailers with more consumers entertaining at home and opting for sparkling water as a non-alcoholic alternative, resulting in a seasonal spike in sales.
“As the bottled water category continues to grow, the new labels and shrink wrap across our still and sparkling ranges will ensure Highland Springs stands out on shelf.”
The bottled water category grew 10.6% last year to £772.5m [Nielsen 52w/e 4 October 2013].
