A survey by Rowse Honey this week didn’t exactly make inspiring reading. Apparently a fifth of 16 to 24-year-olds think fish fingers are made from the fingers of fish.
Some folk, meanwhile, think potatoes grow on trees. But best of all was the news that one in eight respondents think honey is made by ‘squeezing bees’. Let’s hope they don’t become apiarists.
