Sir: I wanted to write to say thank you for our recent Grocer Gold Award (‘The Gold Standard of Grocery,’ 14 June, p49). It has pride of place in our office. The Grocer is a brilliant magazine and we see your awards as the pinnacle of our industry. We are well aware of the impetus they will help to generate for our brand in the UK and beyond.

We make a point of trying to tell everyone about it and you would see reference to your awards in Bulldog presentations in Australia, South Korea, America and Europe.
