When dietary advice comes from Harvard’s school of public health, it’s time to take it seriously. Right?
Professor Eric Rimm last week told the New York Times there was no healthy amount of fries to serve with a meal - but he did come up with a number for those who insist on eating the “starch bombs”.
“I think it would be nice if your meal came with a side salad and six french fries,” he said.
Six! Less fatty, maybe - but it wouldn’t be so good for the health of the restaurant that tried it.
