We’re always hearing about the benefits of a Mediterranean diet. But a new University of Athens study highlights a previously unknown plus.
An experiment in which old geezers replaced butter in their diets with olive oil showed big improvements in sexual performance, claiming a 40% reduction in the risk of impotence. Apparently it increases testosterone levels, while its artery-dilating qualities are also to thank (or blame).
We can’t wait to see this reflected in olive oil brands’ advertising.
