Parfetts Cash & Carry has secured a site to open its second Local 4U convenience store. The wholesaler has bought a former Londis store in Newark, Nottinghamshire, to expand the fascia.
Parfetts made its long-awaited debut into convenience retailing when it opened its first Local 4U store in New Mills, near Stockport, last August.
It is looking for further sites and hopes to have eight shops by the end of the year.
