This time a year ago the winner was Asda's store in Bearsden, Glasgow. Kelvin Mobbs ran the store, which ticked all the boxes on our shopper's list.
One year on, Mobbs has left to be general manager of another Asda store in Clydebank. Brian Friel has taken over as general manager during a period of change.
The 15-month-old store's clothing area is being revamped and will be completed in March. Friel is confident his store can provide the best service to the people of Bearsden.
"This year we will keep focusing on great customer service and availability," he said. "The store has done extremely well in the past year and we have had a strong start to the year."
