Three hundred and fifty producers have been whittled down to a shortlist of 81 for this year's Wales – The True Taste Awards.
 
They range in size from dairy giant The First Milk Cheese Co and yoghurt producer Rachel's to Wigmore's Bakery in Monmouth.
 
The nominees will compete for gold, silver and bronze awards across 15 categories, including lamb, fish, cheese and ice cream.
 
The winners will be announced on 11 November at Withybush Showground in Pembrokeshire.
 
A new Product of the Year award is also up for grabs this year.
