Londis has claimed an improved deal with cash machine provider Moneybox could help net each of its stores £11,000 extra profit per year.
Moneybox has agreed to install its self-fill cash machine, which it believes is the smallest footprint cash machine in the marketplace, inside Londis stores.
Londis trade marketing director Ross Halliday said the new deal could equate to 20 transactions per day per store, making £31 profit each day.
The cash machines will accept all major UK cash machine cards and Moneybox will train Londis staff to use them.
