Belton cheese has won a listing with US supermarket chain Publix for its Belton Farm Red Fox Red Leicester.

The deal with Publix, which will stock the cheese in around 40 stores, was won through Anco Fine Cheese - the largest importer of speciality cheese in the US.

The listing comes as Belton reports a 13% year-on-year increase in exports to the US. This year, it will sponsor July’s International Cheese Awards at Nantwich.
