A sparkling wine named after the infamous bloodsucking Transylvanian count is heading to the UK's shores in time for Hallowe'en.

The Castle of Dracula Marsecco, distributed in the UK by Vini Italia, claims to be the world's first sparkling wine produced from Italy's rare Marzemino grape.

Owner Ottamar Rodolphe Vlad Dracula Prinz Kretzulesco - a descendent of Dracula - decided to bottle the vintage made from grapes in Italy's Trentino region.
