No longer is plant-based eating purely for the calorie conscious with plenty of demand for decadent dairy-free alternatives too. Launched in February 2021 this NPD from the provocatively named Dirty Cow brand caters to exactly this, its Salty Susan bar not only sold in ultra-luxe look packaging but also delivering indulgence inside, with boutique handmade chocolate, scattered with crumbled chunks of salted pretzels.
