Wilson’s Country - a Northern Irish potato supplier to the mults - has taken inspiration from an iconic Irish landmark for its latest piece of NPD: chips in the shape of the basalt columns of the Giant’s Causeway.
Produced from potatoes grown close to the County Antrim site, Causeway Chips contain 18% less fat than a standard chip. They will be sold in Hastings Hotels.
