Fresh produce company Fyffes has acquired the remaining 50% stake in Danish fresh produce company Lembcke Group for DKK125m (£11.32m).
It has also acquired banana companies Interbanan and Valby Bananimport for DKK45m (£4.1m).
Carl McCann, chairman of Fyffes, said: “We are very pleased to have acquired the remaining 50% of Lembcke, having made our initial investment in 1993.”
