Mars' on pack Find Red' promotion for M&M's kicked off this week as part of a push to propel the world's biggest confectionery brand into the UK top 10. Find Red runs for eight week across 45g, 125g and 250g bags and is supported by a £1.5m TV ad campaign showing Red M&M's fall from a hot air balloon and Yellow's search for him. The M&M's pack revealing Red's location wins £100,000. M& M's backpacks will go to 5,000 runners up. M&M's are worth £28m in the UK ­ though now they have Nestlé's Mini Smarties to contend with. Trade relations manager Philippa Leon said Mars is confident that M&M's can emulate its US success here. {{P&P }}
