Gluten-free brand Georgia’s Choice has expanded its range with vegetarian and fish products and unveiled new-look packaging.

The new products, in Asda from May, include a Mexican bean bake (rsp: £2 for 2 x 115g), beef lasagne (rsp: £3.49/350g) and line-caught cod fishcakes (rsp: £2.50/two x 90g). Two chicken products are already stocked by Asda and Tesco.

Market analyst Mintel estimates the gluten-free retail market to be worth £160m, up 30% on 2010.
