Cheese suppliers Harvey & Brockless and the Huge Cheese Company London have merged to form H&B Food Provisions.
The companies, which supply independent delicatessens and foodservice, have a combined annual turnover of £30m.
MD of Harvey & Brockless Anthony Howeson will continue as MD of the new company, while Simon Yorke, MD of Huge Cheese, will become sales director and deputy MD.
“The combined business will cut nearly one million pieces of cheese every week,” said Howeson. “We are now able to offer a huge range from this country and the rest of Europe.”
