David Windeatt has replaced Neil Wilkinson as commercial director for Revlon UK and Ireland. Life sciences company Novartis has appointed Godfrey Axten as chief executive officer. Core businesses include functional foods and over the counter medicines. After 20 years at Marks & Spencer, Don James has left to start in his new role as IT director of IGD.
