Managing director of Heineken Ireland, Padraic Liston, is to become group commercial director of the Musgrave Group.
Liston will report directly to Musgrave Group MD Seamus Scally and will join the company on March 3.
Scally said: "Padraic will have overall responsibility for the buying function, working with existing suppliers and the divisional purchasing heads of the Musgrave Group.
"He will focus on building synergies, group sourcing, maximising volumes and strengthening alliances with groups such as Nisa-Today's."
Before he was MD of Heineken Ireland, Liston held the post of commercial director at the drinks group.
Prior to that he was the finance director and company secretary.
He has been replaced at Heineken Ireland by Nico Vervelde, from the Netherlands, who was previously director of Heineken's Middle Eastern division.
