Caterforce has appointed Tracy Fisher as its new group marketing manager.
Fisher joins the buying group having most recently held the position of marketing manager at Evri, where she was responsible for leading the company’s corporate rebrand.
She has spent 25 years in strategic and tactical marketing, holding senior positions at businesses including the Co-op Wholesale Society, SSP UK and the Hartmann Group.
During her 13 years at the Co-op, Fisher was responsible for own brand and category management.
Fisher will be based at Caterforce’s Macclesfield head office and will focus initially on preparing for the Caterforce conference in November.
She will also be leading efforts to grow the business’ share of own label and delivering a range of technology-enabled customer solutions.
“The variety and diversity of wholesale really appeals to me. I’m looking forward to bringing together all my experience in previous strategic roles and applying it to the dynamics of a wholesale buying group,” said Fisher.
“The success of Caterforce rests on the success of its members, and I can’t wait to get out to meet the membership to ensure we’re delivering the very best service that we can and embracing creativity and innovation to continually evolve at pace.”
