What was your first job? Making sandwiches and smelling of fries in a takeaway café.
What’s been your worst job interview? It was for Bacardi. I realised when I left that my skirt zip had been open all through my presentation - I had basically flashed my pants for the best part of 30 minutes! I did not get the job.
What was the first music single you bought? The Birdie Song.
How do you describe your job to your mates? Influencing consumers.
What is the most rewarding part of your job? Seeing people picking up your product on shelf.
What is the least rewarding part? Budget spreadsheets.
What is your motto in life? ‘Il faut toujours essayer’, which translates vaguely as ‘always give something a go’.
If you were allowed one dream perk, what would it be? Flexibility. Working school hours while being paid full-time to achieve the perfect work-life balance.
Do you have any phobias? Yes. I hate beetles and cockroaches - I once called on my seven-year-old cousin to get rid of them!
If you could change one thing in grocery, what would it be? Stop crazy special offers on sweets because they are a massive contributor to kids’ obesity and diabetes - not the sugar in fruit juices!
What luxury would you have on a desert island? Champagne! I was born in the Champagne region of France. I love it and bubbles make me happy.
What animal most reflects your personality? A dog. It may be not very original, but dogs are loyal, playful, love food and can be a bit bonkers.
What’s your favourite film and why? Shine, or Birdy, because they both address mental health issues.
What has been the most embarrassing moment in your life? There are too many to mention, but the important lesson from embarrassing moments is one my mother taught me - learn to pick yourself up and smile.
Which celebrity would you most like to work with and why? Alan Carr because he is witty, down to earth, creative and makes me laugh.
What would your death row meal be? Petit salé aux lentilles - it reminds me of my mum and home.
