What was your first job? My first business was when I was seven years old. I created follow-the-dots sheets to teach kids in my class how to draw cartoon characters, and sold them for 5p a sheet.
What’s been your worst job interview? My first post-university interview for a consulting firm. There’s a formula to those interviews, but if no one has taught you, you have no chance. But I learned, and reapplied two years later, and got the job.
What was the first music single you bought? Shaun Cassidy - Da Doo Ron Ron. Seriously…
How do you describe your job to your mates? Team Indie Bay reimagines classic snacks to help people make better, healthier, and tastier choices!
What is the most rewarding part of your job? Seeing people buy Indie Bay Snacks and hearing how much they and their kids love them.
What is the least rewarding part? Planes, trains, and automobiles to the factory, only to find out the production run is delayed…

Do you have any phobias? One - snakes. Luckily not too many of those in London.
If you could change one thing in grocery, what would it be? Eliminate sweets and processed snacks with hidden sugars.
What luxury would you have on a desert island? A great pillow and duvet set.
What animal reflects your personality? Probably a dolphin… or a golden retriever, perhaps.
What’s your favourite film and why? The Philadelphia Story. Classic snacks need reinvention, classic movies don’t.
Which celebrity would you most like to work with and why? Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis. They’re an amazing modern couple who combine so many things.
What would your death row meal be? Fresh Iceberg lettuce salad with Indie Bay Superseed Pretzel Bites on top, my mother’s roast chicken, and warm chocolate chip cookies.
