What was your first job? Harvesting grapes in the south of France when I was 15 years old.
What’s been your worst job interview? When I first moved to London I couldn’t really speak English or understand anyone. I applied to work in a shop and the manager basically just talked the whole time - I had no idea what she was saying. Weirdly I got the job.
What was the first music single you bought? Enter the Wu-Tang, 36 Chambers
How do you describe your job to your mates? Exhausting and intense but hugely satisfying.
What is the most rewarding part of your job? I would have to say travelling to all of the different countries, meeting the locals that help to make our brand so special, and being able to witness the growth of FAIR.
What is the least rewarding part? I suppose the overall challenge of growing the brand, but this is also exciting and rewarding when we get the results!
What is your motto? The best way to create the future is to create it.
If you were allowed one dream perk, what would it be? I’m already in a dream but I hope we will be able to keep on spreading our message and every year bringing more help to communities.
Do you have any phobias? I’ve recently become afraid of heights!
If you could change one thing in grocery, what would it be? It would be to bring independent brands more to the forefront of the industry.
What luxury would you have on a desert island? My wife.
What animal most reflects your personality? Penguin. They are devoted to find love and happiness and I just love them. They crack me up.
What’s your favourite film and why? Some Like It Hot. I used to watch it with my mother.
What has been the most embarrassing moment in your life? I stole a Snickers from the shop I was working at when I was a teenager and got caught! We lived in a tiny village in France so everyone knew about it.
Which celebrity would you most like to work with and why? Pharrell Williams. He is creative, innovative, revolutionary, hard-working, versatile and everything he touches turns to gold.
What would your death row meal be? Coq au vin.
