How do you describe your job to your friends? I would describe it as being enjoyable but stressful, working all the hours, and nothing can beat the feeling of seeing something we have created sitting on the shelves of supermarkets.
What is the most rewarding part of your job? Seeing our products being used. Recently I was sitting in a restaurant with my husband and a little one at the table next to us was chomping away on one of our teething wafers. It completely made my day.
What is the least rewarding part? It would be the fact that you never really get away from it all. It’s all-consuming.
What is your motto in life? Work hard and be honest.
If you were allowed one dream perk what would it be? Having an office in Spain (here’s hoping).
What has been the most embarrassing moment in your life? Thankfully I’ve been spared any really embarrassing moments!
Do you have any phobias? Spiders - especially the larger ones.

What animal best reflects your personality? A dog - loyal and fun-loving.
Favourite film? Anything with Tom Hanks in it. I think he is one of the best actors ever.
Which celebrity would you most like to work with? Fearne Cotton - I love how she talks so openly and honestly about mental health and wellness and the importance of the simple things in life. I think she has carved out a wonderful career for herself and I just love her attitude to life.
What would your death row meal be? I love high-quality simple food, made fresh and cooked well. A fresh Thai chicken curry packed with vegetables, with a glass of wine, and a good old chocolate pudding would be heavenly.
