Drinks manufacturer Britvic has recalled 100,000 cans of its soft drink Tango because of fears that they could explode.
Britvic said that 330ml cans of Tango Cherry and Tango Fruit Fling with best before dates of June and July 2006 had been recalled because a naturally occurring yeast in the flavours might build up carbon dioxide over an extended period and “distort or burst packaging”.
