Foodservice wholesaler 3663 has acquired South Lincs Foodservice as part of a move to expand operations in East Anglia.

The deal, for an undisclosed sum, builds on 3663’s minority holding purchase in the company six months ago.

South Lincs Foodservice, which has a £17m turnover, will continue to operate as a regional wholesaler and trade under the same name. There are no plans to change either companies’ liveries or brands.
