Kellogg is aiming to squeeze some extra sales out of its fruit snacks range with its biggest ever promotion across Screamin’ Fruit Winders and Screamin’ Fruit Spurters.
New special packs will feature a Fruity Booty instant-win promotion offering more than a million prizes across 30 million packs, including £5 notes and tokens for a free Winder or Spurter.
The push builds on last year’s Winders Keepers promotion which Kellogg says helped boost sales.
The first batch of promotional packs start rolling out next week, although full distribution is not expected until the end of April when a supporting television campaign is scheduled to hit screens.
Kellogg has pledged to support the Screamin’ Fruit stable with £10m over the next three years.
UK sales director Kevin Jones said: “We are constantly reinvesting in our biggest brands to drive additional growth and with promotions such as Fruity Booty we will continue to build the fruit snacks category.”
