Individual filter coffee brand Rombouts is being given a fresh new look as well as new mug size portions to attract younger consumers to the range.
A contemporary look is being introduced across its coffee filter lines.
In addition, mug size 300ml variants are being introduced in two of the brand's most popular blends - Colombian Roast and Fairtrade Organic - although other lines are likely to follow. Packs will carry the same price as the standard 200ml lines, but come with seven servings instead of ten, and will be stocked in Morrisons and Waitrose from next month and Tesco from November. Marketing manager Jo Hargraves said. "We are trying to appeal to consumers who are used to drinking a mug size of coffee, particularly in coffee shops, and make the brand more relevant to these people."
Rombouts is also teaming up with Macmillan Cancer Support for a promotion across 100,000 packs of its mug size Colombian.
