n Fruit Juice specialist Tropicana has withdrawn its first range of smoothies after only nine months on shelf.
n It admitted that positioning of the three-strong collection was not quite right, and pledged to tackle the burgeoning sector again within the next year. n Wall's is unwrapping a £20.5m media support budget for its ice cream portfolio.
n The biggest portion £8.7m is earmarked for Magnum, with £6m for Carte D'Or and £5.8m shared between Cornetto and Viennetta.

n Travellers may be able to reduce their risk of deep vein thrombosis by drinking bottled water, according to a Lake District company.
n New Lakeland Willow Water comes from rainwater filtered through white willow bark. It contains salicin, said to have blood-thinning and pain-killing properties and described by the company as "nature's aspirin".
