All of the catering units at London & Amsterdam's Midsummer Place Shopping development due to open in September have been let. Out of Town Restaurants, trading as Bits & Pizza, has joined Prêt à Manger, Starbucks, Cafe Venue and BB's Coffee & Muffins at the £155m complex in Milton Keynes.
