Former chef Andrew Lusher has landed a new role as chocolate buyer for Tesco.
Lusher, who worked at Japanese restaurant Bincho Soho before joining Tesco three years ago, had previous roles as buyer for grocery, stocks, herbs and spices.
Tesco has also reshuffled its beer and cider team, with Jack Marland taking over as lager buying manager. Marland replaces James MacNay.
Tesco said his “experience across both marketing and commercial will be a great asset to the team”.
Olivia Christou has been promoted to buyer and will take over the cider category from Amy Bird, while Hayley Easton has been appointed junior buyer.
