Bidvest 3663 MD Alex Fisher has stepped down from the business, it has emerged.
The foodservice giant confirmed Fisher left the business “by mutual consent” in May.
He has been replaced by Andrew Selley, CEO of Bidvest Logistics, who now assumes responsibility for both the Bidvest 3663 and Bidvest Logistics operations.
“After 23 successful years with Booker Foodservice and Bidvest 3663, Alex Fisher left the business in May,” the company said in an internal memo.
“He left by mutual consent and with the team’s best wishes for the future.”
Selley, who has worked for Bidvest 3663 for 15 years, has experience handling logistics for Bidvest in UK, and for developing the Bidvest Foodservice businesses in the Middle East, Turkey, the Baltics and Spain.
“Andrew will oversee both the Bidvest 3663 and Bidvest Logistics operations, leading the businesses through the exciting next chapter in the development of Bidvest’s foodservice business in the UK,” said a spokeswoman.
