Applegreen has unveiled plans for a new service station in North Yorkshire.
It would be situated on the A1(M) between Wetherby and Leeming Bar near Kirby Hill.
Up to 300 jobs could be created, as well as 200 short-term construction roles, the Irish forecourt retailer said.
A petrol station, picnic area, play zone, dog exercise area, and drive-through coffee shop are planned for the 42-acre site.
The proposal also includes parking for 365 cars, 82 HGVs, 18 coaches, 10 motorcycles, and 10 caravans.
Applegreen plans to submit a planning application to North Yorkshire County Council this summer.
