The business was bought by Craig Galpin, who fought off stiff competition from other buyers. The community leasehold pub has takings in the region of £368,000 split 95% wet and 5% food. The Admiral Taverns lease has 13 years remaining. The business includes a large public bar, lounge bar, beer gardens, large car park and four-bedroom owners' accommodation. The business was sold off an asking price of £99,950.
