Organic baby food producer Ella's Kitchen has been forced to recall batches of toddler food over fears that hardened vegetable pieces could cause choking.
Point of sale notices are being displayed in shops stocking its Totally Cool Caribbean Chicken with Mangoes, advising customers to contact Ella's Kitchen for a full refund if they have bought the product.
The FSA has issued an alert on its website supporting adverts that appeared in the national papers yesterday.
Retailers stocking products from Ella's Kitchen Stage 3 Toddler Range include Asda, Ocado, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Morrisons.
No other Ella's Kitchen products were affected.
