Bannisters’ Farm has expanded distribution of its new filled frozen spuds.

It is rolling out Fully Loaded Jacket Potatoes (rsp: £2 to £2.50/375g) to Nisa. The five-strong range launched in 1,000 Tesco Express this month alongside new Farmer’s Roasting Potatoes (rsp: £1.50/800g).

The frozen jacket spuds market has boomed since 2012, when McCain rolled out Ready Baked Jackets - now worth £21m [IRI 52 w/e August 2013].
