The winner of Do The World A Flavour, Ben & Jerry's search for a new ice cream, will go on sale next March.
Created by American Toni Gunnison, competition winner Fairly Nuts is a caramel ice cream with a caramel swirl and praline almond clusters.
The creators of national winners from 15 countries were flown to the Dominican Republic where their flavours were judged by a panel that included Ben & Jerry's founders Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield.
"For rank amateurs, I thought the flavours were really good," Cohen said.
