Both new tubs will roll into grocery this month, with an rsp of £5.75

Ben & Jerry’s is kicking off 2025 with two new ice cream variants.

It has revived its discontinued Bohemian Raspberry tub (rsp: £5.75/465ml) – containing vanilla ice cream with fudge brownie pieces and a raspberry sauce swirl – to coincide with the 50th anniversary of Queen’s hit song, Bohemian Rhapsody.

Initially launched by Ben & Jerry’s in 2007, Bohemian Raspberry has been given a vegan overhaul for 2025. It now contains Ben & Jerry’s oat-based ice cream.

Proceeds from Bohemian Raspberry will go to HIV/AIDS charity Mercury Phoenix Trust, in partnership with Queen.

Ben & Jerry’s has also expanded its Sundae range with Brookies & Cream (rsp: £5.75/427ml), bringing the brownie-cookie hybrid to the ice cream category “for the very first time”.

The NPD comprises vanilla ice cream with brownie-style dough and golden cookie swirls, topped with chocolate whipped ice cream, sea salt chocolate swirls and white chocolate chunks.

Both ice creams will roll into grocery, convenience and wholesale channels this month.

“We’re thrilled to introduce two fantastic new ice creams from Ben & Jerry’s,” said Ben & Jerry’s UK business lead Flo Howell.

“First up, Bohemian Raspberry is making a comeback, as a non-dairy flavour. We first launched Bohemian Raspberry back in 2007 after a fan’s suggestion, and what could be more rock ‘n’ roll than bringing it back to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Bohemian Rhapsody.”

Brookies & Cream Sundae, meanwhile, embodied Ben & Jerry’s’ “belief that good things are even better together”, said Howell.

“Combining cookies and brownies was a no-brainer for us, and consumer testing showed it’s a hit.”
