Typhoo is launching a new TV ad campaign this week featuring Ben Fogle – accompanied by his wife Marina.
The new ads show Marina struggling to get her husband’s attention to offer him a cuppa and reverting instead to signalling a ‘T’ with her hands. The Girls Aloud track ‘Something Kinda OO’ is playing in the background.
Typhoo said the ads build on its existing outdoor campaign on the back of buses – also featuring Fogle. The tea brand signed up Fogle as a brand ambassador in 2011.
“We’re really excited about these new ads. The addition of the Girls Aloud track makes them really catchy and featuring Ben and Marina will help develop the family theme that the previous campaign started,” said Typhoo CEO Keith Packer.
