Bestway has tied up with software company Socio Local to offer retailers a new digital tool to help retailers boost their social media presence.
The online platform aims to simplify the process of creating and scheduling content across multiple social media pages, including Instagram, Facebook and X, from a single dashboard.
The wholesale giant said stores could now “maintain a continuous online presence with minimal effort”, using either branded-supplied content or customised posts.
Benefits included increasing local awareness, boosting product visibility and promotions, and encouraging customer interaction and loyalty through varied social media posts, Bestway said. Retailers can also monitor and respond to customer reviews, comments and direct messages.
The wholesaler is expecting to roll out the tool across its estate, which includes retailers operating with symbol brands such as Costcutter, Bargain Booze, and Best-one, following a three-month trial period.
Retailers access the platform with unique login details once they have been onboarded. It is also a free-to-use service, following an investment from Bestway.
