Bestway has upgraded its websites to improve the customer shopping experience.
A new search function on its best-one.co.uk site is now automatically updated daily and enables customers to see the most popular products and the most-searched terms. The site also shows customers product recommendations based on their basket using data from other customers’ purchases.
It is also making it easier to shop multibuy promotions on its Bestway Wholesale and BB Foodservice sites. When customers reach an offer threshold, they will now see a prompt to select the free promotional stock.
“Our digital developments are geared to make the customer online shopping experience more convenient, as we seek to maintain our position as digital leaders within wholesale. We also look for ways to help suppliers drive sales too,” said Bestway Wholesale trading director Kenton Burchell.
A further addition will enable customers to see when they’ve reached minimum order quantities for products from local depots and from the central chilled distribution centre.
